    Good morning

    Gentle wake-up, fresh linens, and help with grooming and dressing at each resident's own pace.

  2. 8:00 AM

    Breakfast together

    Hot coffee, fresh fruit and a warm home-cooked breakfast in the dining room.

  3. 9:30 AM

    Medications & wellness check

    Trained staff dispense medications and check vitals as part of the morning routine.

  4. 10:30 AM

    Activities & movement

    Gentle exercise, music, group games or one-on-one time in the garden.

  5. 12:30 PM

    Lunch & rest

    A balanced midday meal adapted for diabetic, soft and low-sodium diets — followed by quiet time.

  6. 2:30 PM

    Creative & social time

    Crafts, card games, family visits or a short walk outdoors when the weather is kind.

  7. 4:00 PM

    Snack & conversation

    Afternoon snack, tea or coffee, and time to chat with caregivers and friends.
